I just can’t say enough good things about this company.

We have been customers for about two years now and the level of communication and customer service is phenomenal.

They always do a great job cleaning our yard and we’re thankful we don’t have to worry about it.
They always communicate ahead of time if they can’t make it due to weather and make sure to have us covered during that week to ensure that things don’t get out of hand.

On occasion some things are missed and they’re prompt about sending someone out to clean as soon as possible.

We recently lost one of our pups and through our pain, Pet Scoop has been so supportive and kind.

We informed them not long ago after our loss to adjust our pricing and today I just opened a card with a handwritten note with sympathies for our loss. I had a bit of a cry but then ran to write this review.

We’re so thankful that not only are they willing to do such a smelly job, but that they do it with absolute kindness.

All I have to say is I wish I had started this sooner!!! David came by today for our initial service and he was friendly and very efficient with the cleanup. Affordable service guaranteed to make your life better - thank you!!!!

We've been using PetScoop for over 10 years now...we lost two of our doggies in 2022, took a 2yr break, and now rescued a new brat and signed on again. The technicians are really great, they communicate quickly if you text them and so far I haven't had to call the office for 'missed poopies'. This service is a luxury but definitely one we feel great spending some money on!

They do a great job and never leave anything undone. My dogs love a clean yard, so PetScoop helps us out so much. It’s a bill I don’t mind paying in the slightest.

PetScoop did a wonderful job! Staff is super friendly and is great with communicating scheduled times and ETAs. They have the best rates, they are easy to work with and always provides excellent service without the complications. We’re so glad we chose them to help us with our pet waste cleanup needs. Yup guys do such a great job. Most of the time I don't even know that you guys were here until I open my back door and can see and smell the difference.i will use you guy for ever. You do the job Noone wants to do and if this goes out to every one it's really nice if you leave them a tip. Remember if they didn't do it you would have to.

Pet Scoop is absolutely wonderful. They are always so polite and kind and help you however they can. Thomas, who is the one that comes to clean my yard, does an excellent job. I am so thankful for him. It is well worth the money to have someone else clean my yard. I am sure glad a business like this exits. THANK YOU PET SCOOP!!!!!!!

I started using this company in February & let me tell you, what a God send. We have 2 standard size Aussiedoodles & a lab Shepard mix, so 3 good size dogs. These guys are out weekly and clean the yard. It's great I don't have to do it. As my son says, he'll split the cost with me if he doesn't have to do it!!
These guys and gals have been very professional and courteous.
If you are on the fence about this company we highly recommend them!

Honestly, this is one of the best decisions I have made since moving to Colorado. For me, taking care of my dogs' waste in the heat was difficult. I saw that my neighbor had Pet Scoop coming to their house twice a week, and I started the same service. Patrick always texts me to let me know he is coming, so my dogs remain inside. He then lets me know when he has left. This is a great service, run by good people. I highly recommend Pet Scoop.
