Highly recommend! We needed help keeping up with poo cleanup and when they came out for the initial cleanup we were so impressed. We have rock in some areas and was such a pain to clean and we didn't see any poo after they were done. They are so easy to communicate with and very reliable.

We have 2 dogs. It was the best decision we ever made to get Pet Scoop. They have been so wonderful to work with and so very kind. Thomas does an excellent job and is very thorough. We have them come once a week though you can pick how often you would like for them to come. Hiring Pet Scoop is the best decision we ever made. The staff is absolutely wonderful to deal with.

Lua is incredible! She is so patient and kind - does a detailed job and doesn’t miss a spot! We love her and will continue using her on a bi weekly or monthly basis! I'm a relatively new customer, and I have to say—signing up was one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself, my pet, and my backyard!

When I joined, I made it clear that my yard hadn’t been maintained in quite a while. So, I was fully expecting to pay a higher rate for the initial service. To my surprise (and delight!), the first visit ended up costing less than half of what I anticipated.

I genuinely look forward to the Monday text updates—they let me know when to expect the team and when the job is complete. That kind of communication is rare and so appreciated.

I just can’t say enough good things about this company.

We have been customers for about two years now and the level of communication and customer service is phenomenal.

They always do a great job cleaning our yard and we’re thankful we don’t have to worry about it.
They always communicate ahead of time if they can’t make it due to weather and make sure to have us covered during that week to ensure that things don’t get out of hand.

On occasion some things are missed and they’re prompt about sending someone out to clean as soon as possible.

We recently lost one of our pups and through our pain, Pet Scoop has been so supportive and kind.

We informed them not long ago after our loss to adjust our pricing and today I just opened a card with a handwritten note with sympathies for our loss. I had a bit of a cry but then ran to write this review.

We’re so thankful that not only are they willing to do such a smelly job, but that they do it with absolute kindness.

We've been using PetScoop for over 10 years now...we lost two of our doggies in 2022, took a 2yr break, and now rescued a new brat and signed on again. The technicians are really great, they communicate quickly if you text them and so far I haven't had to call the office for 'missed poopies'. This service is a luxury but definitely one we feel great spending some money on!
