These guys are out weekly and clean the yard. It's great I don't have to do it. Honestly, this is one of the best decisions I have made since moving to Colorado. For me, taking care of my dogs' waste in the heat was difficult. I saw that my neighbor had Pet Scoop coming to their house twice a week, and I started the same service. Patrick always texts me to let me know he is coming, so my dogs remain inside. He then lets me know when he has left. This is a great service, run by good people. I highly recommend Pet Scoop.

Occasionally I’ll pick up some poop before they come out because we need the yard clear for mowing or activities. This is the only service that saw the poop I collected in our scooper and threw it away when they came out to service our yard. The other company we used just left it sitting there. Great experience from the time I inquired about service! I travel, and my husband had an unexpected injury, making clean up after our two very large dogs difficult. From the first contact, the communication has been great! We had a senior tech visit and he was amazing with our big, exuberant, young dogs. One is a flight risk, and they have been understanding and so careful with the gate and securing the yard. I work in multi family living and the service i get from this company is better than anyone could ask for. One of the techs “Beau”(i believe) has been a godsend to our property. On top of regular grounds work, maintenance may not be able to find all the mess that dog owners leave behind but anytime i see the pet scoop truck pull in i know the property will be clean as can be. The staff that comes to my home is always professional and kind. Make sure everything is fully cleaned and gate is always closed, if the mess wasn’t gone you would have no idea someone was in your space. We have an unfriendly dog and they notify us before they come and knock on the door to make sure dogs are put away if we don’t respond to text. I love that petscoop composts our pet waste (cat and dog), they are so easy to work with, adjust schedule, and communicate great. We've used other services in the past that cost more and would regularly be late/miss poop to the point it became such a hassle. Not so with petscoop. Our service tech is absolutely amazing and communicates when he'll be there, and they watch the weather to try and get in front of storms (no other service has done that). I recommend them to anyone, do you really want to spend your free time picking up poo? No! plus composting instead of adding more plastic and waste to landfills.

My experiences with both setting up and stopping service have been five star. The people who come to remove the pet waste have been friendly and on time. I get an email when they are finished so I always know when they have been there. Their service is affordable (I've used it for both one and two dogs) and they offer different frequencies for how often you would like them to come clean your yard. If you are on the fence at all just know that I highly recommend this service!! It alleviates me of a chore I do not enjoy and the anxiety that goes along with it and now I always know my yard is clear of pet waste from my beloved pups.
